    2. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared in a manner that safeguards your privacy when you visit, opt-in, or make a purchase from the Arabic learning-related websites we operate, including http://www.qasid.com/ , http://qasidonline.com/  and http://arabicanywhere.com/ (collectively  the “Sites”)
    3. Kindly read the Privacy Policy outlined below before you start to use the Sites. By using the Sites, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use (available here) when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these terms. If you would like any clarification about these terms, we invite you to reach out to us at [email protected] before using the site. And if for whatever reason you would prefer to not agree with these terms, we kindly request that you neither access nor use the Sites, and instead invite you to our YouTube channel that features dozens of Arabic-related videos freely available without registration.
  2. Personal Information We Collect:
    1. As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Sites.
    2. Certain non-personal information is recorded, such as the type of browser being used, operating system, your IP address, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. These are gathered to enhance your online experience such as faster page loading speeds.
    3. Additionally, as you browse the Sites, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Sites, and information about how you interact with the Sites. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
    4. We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
      1. “Cookies” are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s computer hard drive for record keeping purposes. They will often include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies make using our Sites easier by, among other things, saving your passwords and preferences for you. These cookies are restricted for use only on our Sites, and do not transfer any personal information to any other party. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can, however, reset your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. Please consult the technical information relevant to your browser for instructions. If you choose to disable your cookies setting or refuse to accept a cookie, some parts of the Site may not function properly or may be considerably slower. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
      2. “Log files” track actions occurring on the Sites, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
      3. “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Sites.
    5. Additionally when you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Sites or opt-in to our various mailing lists, email newsletters, downloads, special offers, registration forms, surveys, membership areas, and the like, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers or PayPal account name), email address, and phone number.  Please note that we do NOT store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy our rights and obligations with regard to such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorized by a user of our Sites. We refer to the information detailed above as “Order Information.”
    6. If you choose to correspond with us through email, SMS or digital messenger (“Electronic Communications”), we may retain the content of your messages together with your email address, phone number or user name and our responses. We provide the same protections for these Electronic Communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail, and telephone.
